The centerpiece of the new menu is Southern Bluefin Toro, a premium cut sourced off the coast of Australia’s oceanic depths. This chu-toro middle cut offers a rich, buttery flavor and is also available seared, allowing diners to enjoy its exceptional texture and taste.

• Amaebi (Sweet Shrimp): Delicate sweet shrimp on Kura specialty sushi rice.
• American Wagyu: Savory slices of premium American wagyu on Kura specialty sushi rice topped with crispy garlic chips.
• Assorted Vegetable Tempura: Vegetable variety of zucchini, carrot, green beans, kabocha pumpkin and lotus root tempura with a side of grated radish topped with ginger and savory soy sauce.

• Fried Shrimp Wonton: Golden deep fried wontons filled with shrimp, enhanced with a garlic ponzu topped with fresh green onion.
• Fried Tuna Sticks: Crispy yellowfin tuna sticks served on a bed of lettuce alongside a smooth yuzu cream sauce.
• Seared Hokkai Octopus: Expertly seared octopus from Japan on Kura specialty sushi rice.
