How can I order a Kura Sushi Gift Card for myself or as a gift?
Physical gift cards may be purchased in-store and both physical and digital gift cards may be purchased online here.
Do Kura Sushi Gift Cards expire?
Kura Sushi Gift Cards do not expire or incur any fees.
Are Kura Sushi Gift Cards reloadable?
Unfortunately, Kura Sushi Gift Cards do not currently have the ability to add additional funds.
How can I check my balance on a Kura Sushi Gift Card?
Where can I redeem a Kura Sushi Gift Card?
Gift cards may be redeemed in-store at any Kura Sushi location.
Can I purchase Kura Sushi Gift Cards in bulk?
If ordering online, you may purchase any number of gift cards as long as it does not exceed the maximum order amount of $2,000.
If ordering in-store, please note that the number of gift cards is subject to availability and may vary by store.
Can Kura Sushi Gift Cards be redeemed in other countries?
Kura Sushi Gift Cards may only be redeemed at Kura Sushi locations in the U.S.A. at this time.
Can I use the Kura Sushi Gift Card to pay for delivery?
At this time, Kura Sushi Gift Cards are only redeemable in-store. They are not applicable for online ordering or delivery through 3rd party companies (e.g. Doordash).
How do I transfer Kura Sushi Gift Card balance?
Unfortunately, Kura Sushi Gift Cards’ balances cannot be transferred at this time.
How do I cancel the purchase of a Kura Sushi Gift Card?
If your Gift Card has not been delivered, you can cancel your purchase by contacting Customer Support. Cancellation is subject to limitations.
How do I know the recipient received the Digital Gift Card I sent them?
You will receive an email message confirming delivery, and a message notifying you that the Digital Gift Card has been viewed. If the Digital Gift Card goes un-viewed for 15 days after delivery, you will receive a message with options for resolving the issue. You may also contact Customer Support with the order number from the email you received confirming your purchase and we can tell you if the recipient has viewed their Digital Gift Card.
What exactly does the recipient receive when I send a Digital Gift Card?
A Digital Gift Card is an electronic Gift Card that is sent via email. On the delivery date you choose, a message is sent to the recipient informing them of your gift, with a link to retrieve it online. The link in the email goes to a page showing the Digital Gift Card you created with the design you selected, your recipient's name and your personalized message, along with its value and code number.
How do you prevent the Digital Gift Card email from getting lost as spam?
Our Gift Card Provider adheres to all industry best practices to ensure successful delivery of the Digital Gift Card via email, however there may be instances in which the email is mistakenly treated as spam or the recipient didn't notice it in their email inbox. You will receive an email message confirming delivery of the Gift Card, and a follow up message notifying you that the Digital Gift Card has been viewed. If the Digital Gift Card goes un-viewed for 15 days after delivery, you will receive a message with options for resolving the issue.
How do I check my order status and delivery?
Once your Kura Sushi Gift Card is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
When will my recipient receive their Kura Sushi Gift Card?
Digital Gift Card: Your Digital Gift Card will be sent via email on the delivery date you choose, with rare exceptions for processing delays. For same-day delivery, most Digital Gift Cards are sent within an hour of the purchase transaction. For future delivery, Digital Gift Cards are sent on the morning of the scheduled delivery date.
Physical Gift Card: Delivery times are determined by the Shipping Method selection. Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your Gift Card is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
What are the shipping options?
Digital Gift Card: Digital Gift Cards will be sent via email.
Physical Gift Card: You may choose our standard shipping free of charge, or for an additional fee you may choose to expedite the order. Depending on when your order is placed, it may take 1-2 business days to process the order for delivery.

Does the purchase of gift cards count towards earning points if you are a Kura Sushi Rewards member?
No. You can earn points when you place an order using a Kura Revolving Sushi Bar Gift Card, but not on the purchase of the gift cards themselves.

Are service animals allowed?
Yes of course! We do allow service animals in our restaurants. We follow guidelines that state only dogs that are trained to perform specific tasks to support disability are defined as service animals.

What are your holiday hours?
Please check with your local restaurant for specific hours.
How does your waitlist work?
Our waitlist is offered during store business hours. Once you are added to our waitlist, we will send text message update notifications until your number is called. Please make sure to have the entire party together to be seated. There is a 15-minute grace period after your number is called if you and your entire party are not present.
Do you accept reservations?
We do not take reservations, though we do have a waitlist system. If you download our Kura Sushi app, you’ll be able to view live wait times and join the waitlist remotely! We recommend checking the Kura Sushi App to view the live wait times before you travel to your preferred location.
Can you accommodate large parties?
Yes! We accommodate parties up to 8 persons via our waitlist kiosk at the front door or through online check-in (it may vary by locations). All tables are booth settings and can seat up to 6 guests. For everyone to enjoy Conveyor belt experience, we usually seat larger parties in 2 separate booths close to each other.
