What is Kura Sushi Rewards?
Kura Sushi Rewards is a free membership offered to all guests. Perks include joining our waitlist remotely, earning coupons, and more! Download our app today and sign-up to become a member!
How can I sign up for Kura Rewards Program?

How does the Kura Rewards Program work?
Every qualified dollar spent is equivalent to 10 points.
- Points earned usually take 24-48 hours to appear in your Kura Sushi App.
Once 500 points are earned, a $5 Coupon Code is awarded.
- Each coupon code is valid for 21 days starting from the day it is awarded.
- Each coupon code requires a minimum subtotal of $15 in order to be redeemed.
- A maximum of 2 coupons may be redeemed per transaction when dining-in.
- A maximum of 1 coupon may be redeemed per transaction on orders placed online.
- Be sure to check your “Coupon” tab in your Kura Sushi App for earned and promotional coupons.
What counts as qualified dollar?
Any dollar amount that does not include tax and/or tip is a qualified dollar and is eligible for rewards points allocation.
Do my points and rewards expire?
Points and life-time plate counts never expire.
Coupons are valid for 21 days from the day they are awarded.

Are service animals allowed?
Yes of course! We do allow service animals in our restaurants. We follow guidelines that state only dogs that are trained to perform specific tasks to support disability are defined as service animals.

Please check with your local restaurant for specific hours.
How does your waitlist work?
Our waitlist is offered during store business hours. Once you are added to our waitlist, we will send text message update notifications until your number is called. Please make sure to have the entire party together to be seated. There is a 15-minute grace period after your number is called if you and your entire party are not present.
Do you accept reservations?
We do not take reservations, though we do have a waitlist system. If you download our Kura Sushi app, you’ll be able to view live wait times and join the waitlist remotely! We recommend checking the Kura Sushi App to view the live wait times before you travel to your preferred location.
Can you accommodate large parties?
Yes! We accommodate parties up to 8 persons via our waitlist kiosk at the front door or through online check-in (it may vary by locations). All tables are booth settings and can seat up to 6 guests. For everyone to enjoy Conveyor belt experience, we usually seat larger parties in 2 separate booths close to each other.
Do you franchise?
Thank you for your interest in becoming a franchise partner, however, there are no franchise opportunities at this time.
Do you have gift cards?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift cards at this time.
