Is this a buffet-style restaurant?
At our restaurant, you pay by the plate. Our indoor dining experience features a Revolving Sushi Bar, that allows you to select dishes you see as they float by, as well as an Express Belt for selective orders delivered table side. Each sushi plate is the same set price per location and we also offer udon, ramen, side dishes and desserts at varied price points.
Do you offer Pickup and Delivery?
All of our menu items, including alcoholic beverages (where legal), can be ordered for pick-up and delivery. You may place your pick-up or delivery order in advance through the Kura Sushi App or via order.kurasushi.com.
If you have any food allergies or food sensitivities, please call the restaurant after placing your to-go order so our team can do its best to accommodate your requests.
Do you offer catering services?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer catering services. However, all of our menu items are available for pick-up and delivery.
Is there a kid’s menu?
Although we do not offer a Kid’s Menu, our sushi is all Wasabi-free for guests of all ages to enjoy. We also offer hot items such as Karaage (Fried) Chicken, Ramen/Udon noodle soups, etc.

Please make us aware of any food allergies when placing your order, as not all ingredients are listed on your order panel. Also, please check with our servers if your requests can be accommodated. Our restaurants are not allergen or gluten-free environments. Menu items may be prepared using shared equipment and fryers allowing for cross-contact with allergens and other ingredients. For these reasons, even when specially ordered, we are unable to guarantee that a menu item will be free of any allergen.

What is Kura Sushi Rewards?
Kura Sushi Rewards is the newest way to earn rewards when you visit a Kura Revolving Sushi Bar. When you sign up, you’ll receive 300 bonus points, earn points for purchases and automatically receive a $5 Reward* for every 500 points you earn, plus a FREE dessert* for your birthday and more!
What are the benefits of being a Kura Sushi Rewards member?
There are many benefits that come from being a Kura Sushi Rewards member. For signing-up or for migrating your account from the previous Kura Sushi app, you will receive 300 bonus points! Additionally, you will receive a Birthday Reward good for a FREE dessert for your birthday (with minimum $15 purchase before tax & tip), you’ll have the opportunity to earn points and $5 Reward coupons, gain early access to special promotions, offers and more!

How do I sign up for Kura Sushi Rewards?
The best way to experience Kura Sushi Rewards is by downloading the app from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and creating an account to sign up. You can also sign up for Kura Sushi Rewards online by visiting kurasushi.com/rewards.
Do I need to sign up for Kura Sushi Rewards if I have an account from the previous Kura Sushi app?
Yes! Even though you signed up through the previous Kura Sushi app, you will need to download the new Kura Sushi Rewards app in order to migrate your existing points, coupons, lifetime plates count and account information. Your account information within the old Kura Sushi app will expire on September 18, 2024, (1 year) from the day the new Kura Sushi Rewards app becomes available. The previous Kura Sushi app will no longer be supported on September 18, 2023.
How do I migrate my account from the previous Kura Sushi app to the new Kura Sushi Rewards app?
Upon downloading and opening the app, when prompted to MIGRATE YOUR EXISTING POINTS AND REWARDS tap YES. Enter the same email address associated with your account, your name and create a new password. You will then promptly receive a migration verification email with a code. Enter the verification code into the appropriate numeric entry field within the app to successfully verify. Upon verifying your account, you will have then successfully migrated your account.
What are lifetime plates?
Lifetime plates are the total number of sushi plates you’ve ordered at Kura Sushi! The more you visit and enjoy sushi, the bigger the number will grow!
Will my lifetime plates, existing points and existing $5 coupons transfer when I migrate from previous Kura Sushi app to the new Kura Sushi Rewards app?
Yes! Your lifetime plate count, existing points and unexpired $5 coupons will transfer to the new Kura Sushi Rewards app and will appear as a $5 Migrated Coupon when you migrate your account from the previous Kura Sushi app. You must complete the migration by September 18, 2024 in order to keep all points, lifetime plates and any existing $5 coupons you may have earned. You may need to refresh the app in order to view the migrated lifetime plates, existing points and coupons.
Do I need a smartphone to participate in the rewards program?
No. you may sign up at KuraSushi.com/Rewards or download the Kura Sushi Rewards app on any mobile device to participate in the rewards program. The mobile app is the best way to experience Kura Sushi Rewards – not only do you get to earn rewards to save on future Kura Sushi transactions, you’ll also gain access to many other features such as specials and our enhanced remote waitlist!
How do I earn points?
LOG IN to the app, tap SCAN TO EARN button on the HOME page, ask your server to SCAN for your points, SCROLL to find the Reward or Offer you wish to redeem, then tap the REDEEM button and ask your server to SCAN the Reward QR code. The amount of points you may earn is based on your subtotal for food and beverages, it does not include tax and tip For every $1 spent, Kura Sushi Rewards members earn 10 points. Points will round down to the nearest increment of 10, for pre-tax subtotals that end in .49 or less. Points will round up to the nearest increment of 10, for pre-tax subtotals that end in .50 or more. In other words, the cents portion of your subtotal is rounded to the nearest whole dollar. For example, if the subtotal of check is $14.75, then you will receive 150 points. If the subtotal of your check is $12.35, then you will receive 120 points. For every 500 points you earn, you will automatically receive a $5 Reward that may be redeemed at any Kura Revolving Sushi Bar U.S. location.
Can I earn points at any Kura Revolving Sushi Bar location?
Yes! Points can be earned at any U.S. location. Just ask your server to scan the QR code found by tapping SCAN to EARN on your Kura Sushi Rewards app home screen. Or enter your email address during the tableside mobile checkout that can be accessed by scanning the QR code at your table or when you enter your rewards email address when you order online at any Kura Revolving Sushi Bar location.
What if I forgot to scan my Kura Sushi Rewards account?
Don’t worry! If you forget to scan your rewards account during your visit, you can SCAN the barcode on your physical receipt, right from the Home page of the Kura Sushi Rewards app within 7 days from your visit. Go to SCAN to EARN, then align the QR code from your physical receipt until a successful scan is generated. OR you may enter your receipt barcode number located beneath your QR code on your dine in receipt.
How do I check my point balance?
Your total points will appear near the upper right-hand side of the home screen. You may also check points in your ACCOUNT HISTORY by navigating to MORE >> PROFILE >> ACCOUNT HISTORY.
Do my points expire?
Any points earned will expire after 12 months (365 days) from the day they are earned. Every time you reach 500 points, points will automatically convert into a $5 Reward* valid for 4 weeks (28 days) from the day it is generated.
Can I earn points on split checks?
The awarded points breakdown will follow this format below:
When a check is split, 10 points will be awarded for each dollar spent according to the subtotal. Points will be rounded up by 10 for any subtotal with $0.50 or more and rounded down by 10 for any subtotal with $0.49 or less.
Points Earned - Example:
- Split 1: Subtotal $20.50 = 210 points
- Split 2: Subtotal $20.49 = 200 points
Sushi Plates Earned - Example:
Total Sushi Plates: 15
- Split 1: 7.5 Plates = 7 lifetime plates added
- Split 2: 7.5 Plates = 7 lifetime plates added
Can I earn points on takeout, delivery or online orders?
Yes! Points may be earned anytime you dine a Kura Revolving Sushi Bar location, whether it be online or when you dine in at one of our restaurants. Points do not apply to orders made through a 3rd party or purchases of a gift card.
What if I accidentally check out as a guest after I place a takeout or delivery online order?
If you check out as a guest and decide you want to earn points for that transaction afterward, log into your Kura Sushi Rewards app, tap “SCAN RECEIPT BARCODE”, then scan the barcode at the bottom of the receipt.
Can I earn points on multiple orders per day?
Yes! Points may be earned for ever $1 spent no matter how many times per day you dine with us.
When will earned points be added to my account?
Any points earned will be added to your account within (24) hours, as long as you log into the Kura Sushi Rewards app account using your Kura Sushi Rewards account email or SCAN to EARN points by scanning the receipt bar code or after scanning the barcode on your Kura Revolving Sushi Bar receipt.
Am I able to request a copy of my receipt to apply points at a later time?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide copies of lost receipts. We always recommend scanning your Kura Sushi Rewards QR code to earn all possible points, before you check-out.
Can I redeem a $5 Reward with a takeout or delivery order?
Yes! You may redeem a $5 Reward on a takeout or delivery order with a minimum purchase of $15.00 (before tax and tip), placed online at order.kurasushi.com, via the Kura Sushi Rewards app or in-person at any Kura Revolving Sushi Bar U.S. location.
What can I get for my points?
Earn 10 points for every $1 spent! For every 500 points you earn, a $5 Reward will be automatically gifted to your account.
How many points can I have?
There is no limit to the number of points you can earn. However, each time you reach 500 points, your points will automatically convert into a $5 Reward that will be valid for 4 weeks (28 days from the day it is generated).
How do I apply a reward to my order?
You can apply up to (2) $5 Rewards or $5 Migrated Coupon to your order at checkout using the Kura Sushi Rewards app when you dine in or when you order online with the app or on order.kurasushi.com. Tap or select the reward you wish to redeem in your Kura Sushi Rewards app. From there, a server may scan the QR code and redeem your reward. The item or amount redeemed will be deducted from your check. If paying online, enter the code below the reward QR code.
A Birthday Reward may be applied when you dine-in only as long as you have one qualifying dessert present on your check and a purchase of at least $15 (before tax & tip).
Can I transfer my reward to a different account?
Rewards are non-transferrable, however you may access your reward from any of your devices. Simply log out from one device and log in on the device you wish to use to redeem your reward.
What are Promos?
As a Kura Sushi Rewards member, you will have exclusive access to special offers and promotions giving you a whole new way to receive deals, learn about special events and more.
How do I redeem a $5 Reward?
When you visit a Kura Revolving Sushi Bar location, LOG IN to the app, tap the SCAN TO EARN button on the HOME page, ask your server to SCAN for your points, SCROLL to find the Reward or Offer you wish to redeem, then tap the REDEEM button and ask your server to SCAN the Reward QR code.
Do $5 Rewards expire?
Yes. $5 Rewards expire four (4) weeks from the day they are earned. Points are added to your Kura Sushi Rewards account when you SCAN your QR code for Kura Sushi Rewards. Points will appear within 24 hours of your eligible purchase.
Can I redeem more than one $5 Reward coupon per visit?
Yes! You may redeem up to two (2) $5 Reward coupons on a single transaction, with a minimum spend of $30.00 before tax and tip ($15.00 for each Redeemed $5 Reward).
If I redeem a reward during my visit, do I still need to scan to earn points for my purchase?
Yes!, When completing your transaction, you must SCAN TO EARN for points every time to receive points for every eligible dollar you spend (before tax and tip).
What is the Birthday Reward and when will I receive it?
As a Kura Sushi Rewards member, you will earn a Birthday Reward redeemable for one (1) FREE dessert on your birthday (as indicated in your Kura Sushi Rewards account) with a minimum purchase of $15.00 before tax and gratuity. Your Birthday Reward may be redeemed at any Kura Revolving Sushi Bar U.S. location. To receive your Birthday Reward, you must join Kura Sushi Rewards and provide your birthday in your account profile.
Can I combine my Birthday Reward with a $5 Reward or $5 Migrated Coupon?
Birthday Rewards may not be combined with any other coupons, discounts or offers and require a minimum spend of $15 (before tax & tip). Birthday Rewards may also only be redeemed when you dine in.
How can I join the waitlist?
Experience our enhanced remote WAITLIST. Getting on the list and being seated has never been faster or easier than with the all new, Kura Sushi Rewards App. The Waitlist feature is available to all Kura Sushi Rewards members, during open restaurant business hours. You will be able to view live wait times and add yourself to the waitlist from the home page! Just tap the LOCATIONS icon at the bottom of the screen, scroll to find a Kura Sushi location near you. If there’s a wait, tap the JOIN WAITLIST button, choose your PARTY SIZE, verify your name, email and phone number, tap JOIN WAITLIST and you’re in!
Will I receive notifications letting me know once my table is ready?
Yes! If you opted to receive notifications via SMS, you will receive ongoing update notifications until your name is called.
What happens if I use the Waitlist feature, but I don’t have my entire party onsite when my table is ready?
Please make sure to have your entire party present to be seated. We will send you a series of text messages to announce when your table is ready. This is not a reservation so wait times may vary slightly.
How do I update my contact information?
You can update your contact information in your Kura Sushi Rewards profile at any time.
Can I change my favorite location?
Yes! From the home page, tap the MORE icon at the bottom of the screen, then tap PROFILE, then tap FAVORITE LOCATION. You will then be directed to YOUR FAVORITE LOCATION page. Select your new favorite location and tap DONE, then tap SAVE CHANGES.
Can I change my birthday?
Your birthday may only be entered once in the app profile. If you accidentally entered the wrong birthday, please email rewards@kurasushi.com with the correct information and we will allow for a one-time update to your birthday. You must be at least 13 years of age to enter your birthday.

Do my points and rewards expire?
Points that have not been converted automatically into a $5 Reward will expire 365 days from the day they are earned. When points reach 500 points, they automatically convert into a $5 Reward, valid for 4 weeks (28 days).
How does the Kura Sushi Rewards program work?
Every Qualified dollar spent at Kura Sushi is equivalent to 10 rewards points. Earned points are reflected in your Kura Sushi Rewards App instantly. Once 500 points are earned, those points are automatically converted into a $5 Reward that will appear in the Offers section of the Home page within your Kura Sushi Rewards account. Each reward will be valid for 4-weeks, once earned. If your reward expires, it will disappear from your Kura Sushi Rewards offer section.
NOTE: Points are automatically converted into rewards that may be used at checkout.
Visiting Our Restaurant
Are service animals allowed?
Yes of course! We do allow service animals in our restaurants. We follow guidelines that state only dogs that are trained to perform specific tasks to support disability are defined as service animals.
Is your restaurant wheelchair accessible?

What are your holiday hours?
Please check with your local restaurant for specific hours.
How does your waitlist work?
Our waitlist is offered during store business hours. Once you are added to our waitlist, we will send text message update notifications until your number is called. Please make sure to have the entire party together to be seated. There is a 15-minute grace period after your number is called if you and your entire party are not present.
Do you accept reservations?
We do not take reservations, though we do have a waitlist system. If you download our Kura Sushi app, you’ll be able to view live wait times and join the waitlist remotely! We recommend checking the Kura Sushi App to view the live wait times before you travel to your preferred location.
Can you accommodate large parties?
Yes! We accommodate parties up to 8 persons via our waitlist kiosk at the front door or through online check-in (it may vary by locations). All tables are booth settings and can seat up to 6 guests. For everyone to enjoy Conveyor belt experience, we usually seat larger parties in 2 separate booths close to each other.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a franchise partner, however, there are no franchise opportunities at this time.
