Six matcha-infused dishes and beverages are now available at all 83 Kura Revolving Sushi Bar locations, while supplies last.

Matcha Seared Scallop: Seared Hokkaido scallops topped with house made Uji matcha mayo and matcha furikake on Kura specialty rice.
Matcha Mayo Caterpillar Roll: Roasted eel and cucumber wrapped in dried seaweed and Kura specialty rice topped with house made Uji matcha mayo and matcha furikake.
Matcha Umami Oil Salmon: Norwegian salmon dressed with house made Uji matcha umami oil on Kura specialty rice garnished with microgreens.
Matcha Umami Oil Sea Bream: Imported sea bream from Ehime and Kochi, Japan prefectures dressed with house made Uji matcha umami oil on Kura specialty rice garnished with microgreens.
Kyoto Style Matcha Sundae: Uji matcha ice cream from Japan paired with warabimochi, red bean paste, strawberries and house made matcha sauce.
Sip away on a fruity, sparkling green tea:
Sparkling Uji Matcha White Strawberry: Carbonated water with organic cane sugar, Uji matcha, white strawberry puree and green tea.
