Matcha Umami Oil Sea Bream*
Taste our freshly imported Sea Bream from Shikoku Island in the Ehime and Kochi regions of Japan. The mild, tender fish is coated with Matcha Umami Oil and topped with Microgreens, layered over Kura Sushi Rice.
Matcha Umami Oil Salmon*
This one-of-a-kind matcha creation is made with two pieces of succulent Salmon coated in Match Umami Oil and topped with Microgreens, layered over our Kura Specialty Rice.

Indulge in a scoop of Matcha Ice Cream, made with imported Japanese Matcha Tea Powder, and drizzled with Matcha Sauce. It’s served alongside Warabimochi, Red Bean Paste, and Frozen Strawberry.
Sparkling Uji Matcha White Strawberry
Carbonated water with organic cane sugar, Uji matcha, white strawberry puree and green tea.
